Brief……Important?

An Important part of having a successful project launch is the building of a clear and concise design brief.

The first step to a successful design brief is clarity, built on insights from consumer groups. I prepped and ran marketing workshops that shaped strong briefs, increasing the chances of successful product launches.

Establishing Clarity in the Design Brief

Using focus group output as a starting point, I guided the brand team through Design Thinking exercises. These exercises helped translate words into actionable visual brand cues, ensuring alignment with consumer expectations.

Incorporating Diverse Perspectives

By gathering input from both internal teams and external stakeholders, we identified the most critical elements for success. This collaborative approach helped refine the brief, making it a strong foundation for the design process.

The final output was captured in the Design Brief and shared with design teams. With both visual and written direction, teams gained a clearer understanding of the brand vision, leading to more effective designs.
